To reset your password, go to the login page of the Community™ website or you may click here. Once you're directed to the account recovery page, enter your email address and click on the Reset Password button.
Check your inbox and look for an email from the Client Services team with instructions on how to change your password.
NOTE: Your new password will not be registered in our system. Hence, we will not be able to send you a password reminder in case you would need it. You may simply reset your password again if you have forgotten the previous one.
